I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of treatment settings including inpatient/outpatient substance abuse, community based services, adolescent/ family and adult. I use a unique blend of CBT, Motivational interviewing, solution focused, reality based to individuals,couples and families. My ideal client is one that maybe struggling with their emotions and anxiety. They are looking to change their mindset about somethings in their life, or looking to gain a new perspective on the things that are currently going on. They are open and honest about the things that they want and ready to put the work in to go after what they want for their future!
